1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the services provided by Reins Financial, Inc. ("Reins," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Reins provides banking infrastructure for AI agents, including but not limited to bank accounts, virtual debit cards, spending controls, and approval workflows. Our services are designed to enable businesses to give their AI agents controlled access to financial instruments.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. PERMITTED USE
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the services to facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. You are responsible for ensuring that any AI agents operating under your account comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
Fees for our services are set forth on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the services. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Reins and our services are owned by or licensed to Reins Financial, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reins Financial, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
8. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
